As CEO of Voxdale, he leads a pioneering design and engineering company specialising in advanced 3D modelling and simulation technologies, enabling the development of high-performance, industrialised products.

With a strong foundation in renewable energy, Tim previously served as Business Unit Manager for Renewable Energy at DEME Group, where he spearheaded offshore wind energy asset development on a global scale. Prior to this, he was a Consultant at Egon Zehnder, a top-tier leadership advisory firm, where he provided executive search and leadership consulting for industrial sectors worldwide. His expertise spans innovation leadership, organisational design, and executive assessment.

Tim's entrepreneurial mindset is evident in his role as Founder of Treespoke, a tech-driven company revolutionising custom furniture design through digital manufacturing and automation. His leadership at Norther NV, Belgium’s largest offshore wind project, further highlights his ability to drive large-scale infrastructure projects from concept to completion, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.

Holding a Master of Science from Ghent University and an MBA from Vlerick Business School, Tim also studied innovation and entrepreneurship at Berkeley. He is a strategic thinker, experienced in stakeholder management, business development, and digital transformation.
