Koen Beyers is a visionary engineer, entrepreneur, and product development leader with a proven track record in high-tech hardware innovation. As the founder and board member of Voxdale, a leading design and engineering firm established in 2005, he has played a pivotal role in advancing product development across MedTech, mobility, energy, and industrial sectors.

With a master’s degree in Product Development from the University of Antwerp, Koen has built a career at the intersection of engineering and business strategy. He co-founded Novosanis in 2013, a MedTech spin-off that pioneered innovative medical devices like Colli-Pee, leading to its successful acquisition by OraSure Technologies in 2019. Currently, he serves as CTO of Idevax, a medical device company he co-founded in 2020, which specialises in breakthrough drug delivery technologies such as VAX-ID®, an award-winning intradermal delivery device.

A holder of multiple patents, Koen excels at transforming prototypes into scalable, market-ready products.
